Berlin has many Flea Market son weekends, so after cheap 5 Euro brunch buffet nearby, we checked out the Boxhagener Platz Flea Market. There were many old chairs, picture frames, bikes, lighting, kids toys, German books, records, CDs, bikes and clothes. I didn’t really find anything worthwhile, because most of it looks really used and I didn’t see anything in the modern-feel retro-style I wanted and I wasn’t in the mood for digging in and finding that one diamond in the dirt.
Personally since it was my first Berlin Flea Market and I live quite far away, I have no plans of going back. I would rather explore other Flea Markets for more quality finds. Now I am not saying there aren’t treasures to be found, but this flea market just doesn’t suit my style and the food I had doesn’t compel me to be back either.
If you’d like to see more photos of the kind of stuff they have in this flea market click HERE.
I will be writing about the cupcake shop we had dessert in before heading home. Watch out for it next week.
