Last week we were invited by the lovely Claudia and Oscar to their beautiful Black and White Farewell Party. It was intimate yet well thought out by her event coordinator, which was perfect because moving countries can be quite chaotic. Everything went perfectly.
I loved that they had lovely traditional gamelan music! The decor as well as the guest all came in black and white.
Latinas in the house!
We had a great time chatting with friends and making new ones!
I just love, love, love Huma’s sari! I have this gorgeous red fabric from India (from the MIL) that I would love to have made in this style! Huma help me please?!

Quirky props and poses
The host is treated like a queen by the gentlemen!
Giving Claudia and Oscar their going a way gift: a traditional jacket hand-made in Indonesia that takes two weeks to make. How cool is that?
At the end we were also surprised with this beautiful token frame – perfect for framing the super fun photos from the photobooth.
Thanks for inviting me to your farewell party Claudia and Oscar. I am so touched and wish I got to spend more time with you! Keep in touch! I will post our photobooth pictures next! Come by and see it soon.
