Chelsea is one of my favorite restos because of it’s comfort food menu and is good value-for-money with its massive servings. So I make sure to have brunch at Chelsea every time I visit my dermatologist in Serendra, the great Dra. Pastorfide.
That Saturday, I was there with my good friend Grace, her daughter, and it was great to have someone to split the food with (other times, I would just doggie bag the left-over and take it home). Please note that the images are just half of the actual servings.

Truffled Green Pea & House-made Mushroom Ravioli with Creme Fraiche (Php 280). I love anything with truffles/truffle oil so this one is a less-carb option to my favorite Chelsea soup, Summer Squash & Goat Cheese.

Grilled-Roasted Herb Chicken & Crispy Bacon with baby romaine lettuce, toasted almonds, Grandma’s Caesar Dressing (Php 420). In other restos, I usually ask for dressing on the side because the dressing ends up overpowering the salad ingredients, but with Chelsea the mix is JUST right! I love how the grilled chicken has that flavorful smoky taste, is moist and not dried up.
