This recipe was served during the Declutter Your Mind & Life Workshop we held at my home. And many of the attendees have requested for it’s recipe together with the Quinoa Roasted Veggies & Nuts Salad, and I’m always happy to share! As promised to my favorite food blogger, Chichajo of 80Breakfasts blog, here is the super easy recipe!

Desserts have a reputation for being dangerously sweet and unhealthy. There are a lot of super sweet stuff out there that is mostly sugar and artificial flavorings, which are created by companies to get us addicted. So imagine my surprise when my pregnant friend Imelda in Berlin served me this guilt-free treat. Not only is there no processed sugar, but it’s also gluten free! So now you can hit the spot on your chocolate cravings without guilt with this addictive Chocolate Chia Pudding treat!

looks delicious! Want to try it asap! Btw, can i replace the almond milk with FRESH milk? Honey with sugar? (i have MUSCOVADO sugar in my kitchen nOW but no honey). Is your cacao powder sweetened or not?
Thanks in advance for the reply!
Hello E! You can make replacements of course, but I don’t know if it will taste the same. The healthiest version is the one that’s listed here since we use organic almond milk which is hormone free, but feel free to experiment. The cocoa powder I use in unsweetened, hence the honey. If you try replacing the ingredients on your first try, I would still recommend in the future trying it with what’s listed, because it’s so surprising how delicious it is with “healthy” ingredients. I’m not normally a fan of almond milk. But this is really delicious!
