Nothing is more essential to me than packing my vitamins and medicines for a trip! I want to be healthy enough to enjoy my vacations or maximize trips. Despite how fabulous travel is made out to be, there is no doubt that it can be very stressful for our bodies and quite tiring as well. I love this medicine organizer that I found in MakeRoom that fits everything for me and TD!

Before I used small packing cube for meds and vitamins but I found myself rummaging through it just to find the tablets I need. This medicine organizer has velcro dividers (which you can use or remove) that segregate stuff and keep blister packs vertical! No more rummaging through!

It also has a net compartment on the cover, where you can keep your prescriptions for easy access! How awesome is that? The best thing about it is the price – it’s only PHP 295! (60,000 IDR or 7 USD est.)

I love taking multi-vitamins, Berocca, echynacea and garlic supplements to keep my immune system strong during travel. I especially love to take Berocca before going on a plane (there’s so much sneezing or coughing going on in planes and the air is recycled! Ewww.) or to prevent/cure hangovers from those fabulous sunset cocktails. It’s just that extra boost you need when life is hectic! What about you?
