On our first breakfast we ate in the Executive lounge which has limited breakfast options. Only because we were in a hurry and it was outside our door. However on the second and third morning, I went down to the Brasserie where the complimentary Breakfast Buffet is served. It’s definitely a better option.
The interiors are lovely and relaxing. The staff are welcoming and so friendly.
On the morning that TD couldn’t join me, I loved sitting by the windows and reading a book while having a long breakfast.
They have different counters, but I wasn’t able to take a picture of all of them. Aside from the cold cuts and cheese slices, and the fruit and yogurt counter, they also had a counter for:
- Omelettes (they have different options and make it for you fresh)
- Pancakes (again made fresh upon your order)
- Juices, teas and other beverages
I love the food warmers because the lids are easy to pop-up with one hand and stays up while not allowing the condensation to spill. Much more convenient than traditional food warmers!
The warm options were decent but nothing spectacular. I wasn’t a fan of the sausages, but the bacon and potatoes were okay.
What I liked for breakfast were the sweet fruits which I would mix with oatmeal…
…and the fluffy pancakes topped with sweet butter, blueberries, cherry preserves and maple syrup!
You can order any kind of coffee you like with the waitstaff – I prefer getting a cappuccino or a double espresso.
Buffet breakfast at the Brasserie is served until 11. They promptly clear everything at 11am.
