I’ve always been intrigued by this cluster of shops in Kemang, just around the bend on Kemang Selatan. But I always forget to go there on my way to my two favorite places in Kemang here and here. But last week I finally got to explore the shops in this attention grabbing building and found a great shop called Roamah Roepa, with some of my favorite local brands!
They have CANVAS LIVING which have cool printed canvas home and gift items. I got their soft tissue holder, which I think is great for storing tissue in the car. And I couldn’t help myself, I got the cutest notebook with a bajaj print on it. Such and iconic Indonesian image. I think this would make a great gift.
I think the water bottle cover for water dispenser is so chic. And I love the toy dog!
The shop has many gift items for kids and babies.
Batik clothes & soft toys. Look at those elephant mobiles!
This is a gift set of 3 (bib, baby changing mat and diaper holder).
This has to be the most beautiful gift box! The art is almost 3D!
Batik fabrics/shawsl, paintings and carvings. This store also has my absolute favorite brand KALINGGA, where I usually get my home and Christmas decor.
This is also a great place to find the most gorgeous baskets! I

Ooh! Must go there to get a gift for a friend having a baby next week 🙂
Enjoy shopping Emma!
What a cool place!! I didn’t even know about this place. Great shots!
Thanks Kaho! Good thing the store guy allowed me to take pictures. I had to show him my blog on my phone, and how I featured my shopping finds in Jakarta before he allowed me. Good thing he did though because I don’t think I have time to come back just to take pics. There is also a store on the right most side of the building that have lovely clothes and accessories, that i think you will like.
Thanks! I will have to find the time to go there! Now it’s the matter of time management whether I make it to places or not…
True time seems so precious nowadays doesn’t it?
