I stumbled upon the Lio Gallery, because of the 70% clearance sale banners that were on display for March. They have wonderful furniture and decor that can be expensive, but when they are on sale can be quite a steal. What surprised me most is the gorgeous cafe inside! Its just breathtaking!
TD got the iced coffee and I got the fresh orange juice. Both were delicious! The Parmesan Chicken was good, but nothing too fancy. It really was like a homemade sandwich. In a way it was good ‘coz it tasted quite healthy. The fries were fantastic though. I have a thing for french fries and this was really delicious, crispy and well-seasoned. We also got some chicken pops which were salty and crunchy, perfect to have with a beer for sure! I recommend this if you are having an afternoon cocktail at Lio. The serving was surprisingly generous. We capped our meal with some blueberry tea. Not a common tea flavor here. I really liked it. Perfect end to the afternoon. We walked off our meal by scouring the massive gallery for great finds. I am still day dreaming of getting one of their teak shelves…For me I recommend this restaurant for those who love teak wood and interior design. The ambiance is amazing.
I found these organic shaped blown-glass drop lamps very interesting!
