For those looking for a posh place to brunch on weekends, I recommend you check out the Museum Cafe, better known as M Cafe, at Greenbelt 4 in Makati. The setting is just so chic and elegant and there is a great and diverse selection of food – something for everyone’s palate! Since this is delayed, the food or the offers will probably be different, so make sure to call to inquire first.
Pick a mimosa or sparkling wine to go with your brunch
In the al fresco area… expect some great easy listening music! Hey Alvin!!Bread selection
Oysters, cheeses, cold cuts…peking duck, roasted pork, pork crackling

While I was taking pictures of the al fresco area, I spotted my friend Alvin taking a break from playing music.
The well-stocked BarMy plate
Order some coffee with dessert. Love that they serve it with ChocNut – my fave local chocolate.
It was a lovely long lunch with my girlfriends and their hubbies. I can’t believe that we are now going to M Cafe for brunch at noon, instead of meeting up and staying till the wee hours of the morning. It used to be one of our favorite places to go for drinks.
We had a mini baby-shower too because both my friends were expecting! Wow talk about big life changes!
The girls are back at the scene of the crime! It sorta makes me nostalgic to think about all our memories from almost a decade ago and how different our lives are now. I am so happy that we have kept our friendship across all these changes, time and even physical distance – love you girls! Cheers to more decades together (with our children becoming playmates!). Gotta catch up on the baby-making!
Here’s a picture of almost all of us….WAAAAAY back when! Shucks and payat ko pa non! TD too hahaha =P Thanks for sending us the pic Tin! Memories!

I always go here for brunch when I’m in Manila. Not just for the food, but more for the jazzy, outdoor vibe which you still can’t get easily in Jakarta.
HAHA I know what you mean Albert… kung jazzy at outdoor… yung problem amoy usok ka na pagkatapos or hinihika ka na haha! Well for me anyway hehe. When are we meeting up again?? I finally tried the red velvet cake. OMG! I love this crunch brown bits! YUM! Tara Union naman tayo with sina Bea and Doty!?!
Love M 🙂 But haven’t tried their jazz brunch yet…must do soon!
We should do brunch there next time! =D
