What many visitors from Asia don’t expect is that everything is closed on Sundays in Berlin, except for the following
- Churches
- Some Restaurants
- Some Florists
- Hotel Restaurants – like Neni Berlin
- Some Bakeshops
- Walking tours – my favorite
- Museums
- Some fleamarkets
- Some Spas – most popular ones are Liquidrom and Vabali
- Some shops in the larger train stations
- Touristy shops like the Ampelmann Shops
