Today I want to share another innovative company called The Plastic Flamingo or The Plaf. It is a social enterprise that collects and transforms plastics into better products! They accept all types of plastics – as long as CLEANED from any residual waste.

WHAT PLASTICS DOES THE PLAF ACCEPT?

Again, these are only accepted if they are clean & dry of any food/liquid/solid waste. You can check the bottom of the plastic to see if the number is within the ones below.

All barangays, companies, villages, enterprises, and entities that are listed here are under The Plaf Collection Point Partnerships. Since it is a a private plastic collection, it is only open to people and waste within the partner company/organization.

SCHEDULE PICK UP FOR ONLY P300

If you do not have time to go to the above locations, you can also schedule pick up – without a minimum amount required for collection – for only P300 per pick up.

They are not able to give a specific time/schedule because pick up will be done when there is a free schedule for the organization.

The Plaf has the right to leave or disregard collecting plastics contaminated with resisue & non plastic wastes. (i.e. food waste, pests, worms, paper, glass, styrofoam, sanitary items, electronics, etc.)s

DO THEY COLLECT OUTSIDE OF METRO MANILA?
