Where to Buy Wireless Staplers

September 15, 2020

I get this questions a lot, so I thought I’d just do a blog post about it to make answering the question easier, no matter where you are. I also researched the most affordable seller locally.

I have 2 kinds: For maximum 10 pages and the other for maximum 5 pages. I find having both is useful because using the one for 10 pages is overkill for 5 pages or less. The larger one is great for sealing brown paper bag packages!

Read why I love it on my DMNL IG post! Swipe to see the video in action!

I get asked a lot how these wireless staplers work so decided to do a quick video (swipe to see) I absolutely love these even if they aren’t as sturdy as traditional wires staplers because: ✨ Wired staples get rust and ruin your documents when filed or stored long term. ✨ When I send out pouches for @lalamoveph pick up, I prefer to seal with these because it prevents tampering. Once opened it cannot be returned so people think twice to open it. ✨ when I use these seal paperbags, I no longer have to use single use plastic tape and staplers. ✨ I used to seal pouches using a puncher + ribbons, in the hopes that the recipient will use it again. With this, there is nothing to reuse except the brown paperbag. Less is more when it comes to packaging IMO! Have you tried wireless staplers before? DM me to find out where you can order them! #decluttermnltips #ecowarrior

They come in many colors, but I strictly stick to white to keep the clean look of my space. As you know I love #whiteliving and having white or gold office supplies give me a lot of joy.

HARINACS WIRELESS STAPLER UP TO 10 PAGES

WHERE TO BUY: USA • PHILIPPINES

I’ve also seen this and the smaller one below in National Bookstore’s online store and their sister store Noteworthy before. But you will have to call them to check if they still have them in stock because I could not longer find it on their website.

HARINACS WIRELESS STAPLER UP TO 5 PAGES

WHERE TO BUY: USA • PHILIPPINES

BE WARNED WITH THIS MODEL

This is another model from the same Harinacs brand but I am not recommending it because many reviews say it crimps the paper too close to the edge. I do not recommend getting it based on this. You can see photos of this in the Amazon reviews. Sample review below from Amazon.

MUJI WIRELESS STAPLER UP TO 5 PAGES

WHERE TO BUY: USA • SG • PHILIPPINES

I have not personally tried the MUJI ones, but I found this fantastic review. If you are new with wireless staplers, I think this review is a must-watch because it tells you how it works and the pros and cons of using a wireless stapler in general. I usually embed the YouTube here in the post but for some reason, it wont let me.

Since the decor for @diplobaby’s birthday arrived late due to some delays for @shippingcart we decided to use it anyway and have a joint birthday celebration for my birthday last Monday. To be safe we had only small & separate celebrations with a few neighbors that we have already been seeing in the past few months. I loved seeing the decor I chose + the ones that I’ve made myself come together. Normally a 5yo birthday is quite a big celebration here in the Philippines but we still had lots of fun despite the limitations! ✨ I created digital cops & robbers invitation. Also printed out some fun photo booth props, to make picture taking fun & I stuck it on thick box cardboard so I can insert & glue a short stick into it. ✨ I got some cops & robbers decor that packs flat for easy shipping and storage from @amazon ✨ Afforfable black & white table cloth & runners completed the look! ✨ I couldn’t find the LEGO cops & robbers banner & masks, so had them made by the talented event stylist & crafter @mabbymakes and they were a huge hit with the adults & kids. ✨ We enjoyed putting up the decor as a family. And seeing the joy of posing for pics was super worth it. Especially now that we need to really take as much joy from life 6months into lockdown. ✨ I also make sure to take good care of everything so that we can sell them off so other families can enjoy them again. That way we can recoup some of the cost too. ✨ For food I wanted my favorite food that we rarely have (crab + lechon) + pasta for long life. we got super yummy pasta and crab trays from @leys_kitchen (thanks for posting about them @chichajo) and cochinilo from @doncochinillo (thanks for sharing @thespoiledmummy) ✨ For cake @tildebakery‘s truffle & turtle pie were a huge hit! I love small celebrations so this was really so much fun for me even if it’s more work because we had to do separate small ones. #undiplomaticwife #diplowife #diyparty #diypartydecor #legocopsandrobbers #diplobabycopsrobbersbday #diplofamily
